With nearly eight years experience in growing small business startups, Sandra brings her strong sense of business leadership to the world of design and web development as theMechanism’s business administrator and communications specialist. As a dedicated team member, Sandra has designed and directed marketing plans and advertising campaigns for diverse clients within the corporate arena and leads the strategic and tactical needs for theMechanism’s growing marketing and public relations initiatives.
In 2004, she helped multiple vertical magazines launch national branding campaigns while playing a pivotal role in transitioning an international publishing house from the print business model to a comprehensive online destination.
Most recently, Sandra merged her entrepreneurial dexterity with her passion for written communications and founded a virtual writing company that contributes daily news content and manages public relations efforts for its clients.
Sandra received her B.A. in Political Science and is slated to pursue her MBA in 2009. She is currently enrolled in the Management Training Program to obtain Communications Certification. In addition, Sandra is frequently invited to participate in market research groups and regularly attends industry trade shows.
She is an active member in the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the National Writers Union (NWU).
